Operational Technical Services (OTS) was founded in 2020 during the Covid pandemic to provide necessary resources to the public and private utility sector. OTS recognizes the industry's need to find qualified and certified professionals to an industry that rarely utilizes outside assistance. Since then OTS has worked alongside utilities across the United States in filling over 200+ positions. OTS doesn’t just provide matchmaking between clients and candidates, we believe in making sure that the needs of each are met. Because of this, OTS has become synonymous with finding qualified talent and meeting the needs of the industry.
