OTS is looking for a talented and highly qualified candidate to join us as a Business Development Manager. The goal for this position will be identifying needs in the market through client interaction and finding the right candidate for clients. The Business Development Manager position at OTS is a permanent position and 100% remote.
As a Business Development Manager you will need to be passionate about sales and persevere through rejection while utilizing your critical thinking skills. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for our clients. You should be developing and implementing innovative recruiting and sales strategies. In addition to this, you will also be collaborating with our internal team for evaluating applications based on specific jobs on a day to day basis. You should also be maintaining an effective talent and position pipeline with the use of our Application Tracking System (ATS).
Responsibilities

Cold calling clients to determine needs.

Develop and pitch client proposals.

Negotiate contract terms of business and rates/fees.

Conducting meetings with the candidates and noting down their experience.

Discussion on packages and qualifications criteria with the clients.

Knowing the job specifications, job candidates, and job requirements for the position.

Manage sales process from interview through offer stage.

Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new

Headhunt, source and build relationships with potential candidates, utilizing a variety of resources.

Build close partnerships with clients and help their business by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates.

Attending job fairs and other professional events.

Attracting passive candidates via social media networks.

Developing various recruitment strategies if required.

Screening resumes and interviewing potential candidates on a regular basis.

Maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future use.

Preparing reports on the best-fit candidates and updating the Sales Team.

Ensuring proper documentation of the entire hiring process is maintained.

Updating and storing all the required information in Resume Databases.

Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients and other staffing agencies.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field.

2 years of work experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter, Corporate Recruiter, or a similar position in the Human Resources department.

Demonstrate the ability to evaluate candidates via the interview process.

Ability to handle confidential information.

Great listening skills.

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Databases. (Bullhorn preferably)

Strong working experience in writing accurate job descriptions, proposals, contracts, etc.
